Our Master of Science in Construction Management degree is offered in two different formats. The program is flexible enough to accommodate graduates from other disciplines who may lack an undergraduate background in construction management.

Master of Science in Construction Management
Offered at the FIU Engineering Center, the courses and timing of this program are flexible. Courses are typically offered weeknights and can be taken on a full time or part time basis. Both a thesis and non-thesis option are available.
Online Master of Science in Construction Management
This fully online program can be completed from the comfort of your own home or favorite coffee shop. Taught by the same leading faculty as the regular program, and with the same course requirements, this program is ideal for traveling or long-distance professionals. Two to three online courses will be offered each semester.
